”Poetry is apparently luxury. It is a despair in the innermost.” Kolozsvár is the city of poets. It is not easy for one who gets here as a student and starts writing poems because there is stony competition. If one survives his or her first appearance at the Bretter Circle, writes some nice poems, but gains too much confidence and stops working, a younger poet comes at once and quickly overtakes and defeats him or her.
